We know how Noida lives.
Noida was planned on a grid — numbered sectors, wide roads and a clear line between where people live, shop and work. That order shapes the homes: glass-fronted builder high-rises in the newer sectors, solid independent kothis on the older sector plots, and generous villas strung along the Noida–Greater Noida Expressway.
The briefs we hear here are their own thing. A family in a 3 BHK tower flat wants their carpet area to feel larger and calmer without touching the structure. A kothi owner in an established sector wants to modernise a house built two decades ago. An Expressway villa needs interiors that match the scale its architecture promises. Because we plan, detail and supervise every project ourselves, we move between a compact high-rise fit-out and a full villa with the same care — checking drawings against approved layouts, coordinating with society management for material movement, and keeping the site honest from first demolition to final styling.
